Data we collect

Contact form: your name, email address and message. They are sent to TUNIVERSE by email; the website does not store them in any database.

Technical data: like any website, the server keeps technical logs (IP address, date, requested page, browser) for security and proper operation. Your IP address is also used temporarily (10 minutes, in memory) to limit abusive use of the form.

Purposes and legal bases

• Answering your contact request — based on your consent (form checkbox) and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• Keeping the website secure and preventing abuse — based on TUNIVERSE’s legitimate interest.

Retention periods

• Contact messages: 3 years from our last exchange, then deleted.
• Server technical logs: a few weeks, then deleted automatically.

Recipients and processors

Your data is intended solely for TUNIVERSE and is never sold or transferred. It passes through the following providers:

• Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — website hosting, within the European Union.
• Google (Gmail) — email delivery and storage. Google may process data outside the European Union; such transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and local storage

This website uses no cookies, no audience measurement and no advertising trackers. Only your sound preference for the immersive experience (on / off) is remembered in your browser (local storage) and is never sent to anyone; it is strictly necessary for the service and requires no consent.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to ghassen.abassi@tuniverses.com. You will receive an answer within one month.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL): www.cnil.fr.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS only; technical credentials (email sending) are stored on the server only and are never exposed to the browser.
